Friday is all kind of a blur. The actual surgery went fine… I had spinal anesthesia so I was awake and watched the entire thing on the screen (I got a nifty tour of the inside of my knee)… the anesthesiologist talked to me and entertained me the entire time… so besides the fact that the lower half of my body was completely numb, it wasn’t so bad ( Read more... )

Poor ACL…you appear to be in 2 separate pieces. I don’t know this for sure. I will find out for sure on Tuesday. They gave me the CD of pictures after the MRI. Me and My dad found pictures on the internet of what a torn and an in tact ACL looks like on an MRI from all different angles. Mine looks much more like the torn one.
